These are economical rooms with two single beds located on the lowest floor on the front of our building.
Our Location
Ikiz Konak Boutique Hotel, operating in Kadıköy Port Area, has easy access to every point in Istanbul. It is located within 250 m. of Kadıköy Metro, 500 m. of Marmaray, 500 m. of Metrobus, 150 m. of the bus station, and 200 m. to Kadıköy Ferry Terminal. It is at the center of business, entertainment, and sports life with its proximity to Fenerbahçe Şükrü Saraçoğlu Stadium and Kadıköy Historical Bazaar. Sultanahmet-Hagia Sophia region can be reached by a 10-minute Marmaray journey or a 30-minute ferry ride from the hotel. It is approximately 30 km. from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and approximately 50 km. from Istanbul Airport which can be directly reached by airport shuttles operating from Kadıköy Port.

"We had an amazing stay in this lovely boutique hotel. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, you can walk to all important spots, restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. The room was gorgeous, my husband and I felt very happy and comfortable. The breakfast was great, typical food, fresh bread and fruits and the best Turkish coffee we had during our visit to Turkey.
